Describe your perfect day?

My ideal day starts on a mountain trail with my family, followed by catching a Liverpool FC game in person- a guaranteed highlight for me. I’d finish the day with a great meal and the people I love most around the table.

What do you most like about your job?

I love helping people and I love the science of financial planning, and this job lets me bring those two passions together in a meaningful way.

About

Cody is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional based in Syracuse, NY, with over 11 years of experience helping people make confident financial decisions. Prior to joining Domain Money, he held both client-facing advisor roles and strategic positions focused on improving how financial advice is delivered, giving him a broad understanding of what truly helps people make confident financial decisions. He enjoys connecting the technical side of planning, especially tax-related decisions, with the personal side of each client’s life, helping them find clarity and make choices aligned with their goals and values. Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors and traveling with his wife, their two kids, and their English bulldog. He’s also an avid sports fan, proudly cheering for Liverpool FC and the Buffalo Bills- no matter the weather or the heartbreak.

Cody began his career as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual before moving to Delphinus Financial Advisors, where he delivered comprehensive, tax-focused planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. He most recently spent several years at Northstar, a financial-wellness company, where he supported a diverse client population and helped shape the financial planning framework and the way advice was delivered across the firm.
